We strive to provide world-class customer service. We regret that there are rare occasions when the unlock code fails. You will be refunded 100% of what you paid if the unlock code fails:
If the IMEI was entered correctly upon ordering.
If you have not used the 3 attempts to enter the correct code by entering wrong codes previously.
If there is no code found.
Buyer must record video of unlocking procedure, and provide us video proof to claim refund. This is required by our supplier.
For Blackberry:
Make sure your device is not bricked and ready to be unlocked. Please see the unlock code attempt is more than 2 attempts (check under menu options > advanced options > sim card > type MEP2
Refund will be issued via the payment method you used, without any fees. We reserve the right to ask for evidence that the code was incorrect.
You must provide correct and accurate IMEI number DIRECTLY from your handset by pressing *#06# and copying the 16-digit number that your phone displays. Do not copy it from another phone, as your handset has an IMEI that is unique to any other mobile phone.
There is no refund if the IMEI you supplied to us was incorrect but a code was found for that wrong IMEI.
Delivery of service is a minimum 1 hours to a maximum of 72 hours (depending on method and brand, see details on order page. Week-ends and public holidays), starting from the time you submit your request for code. In most cases, it takes only one business day to receive your unlock code.
Full Money Back Guarantee does not apply to delays in delivery if the service is delivered later than expected. In the event that your code is going to be delayed for any reason, you will be notified via email at the address you provided.
Once the order has been submitted and paid, it is IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. You will not be issued a refund if you decide to find another way to unlock your mobile without waiting until the process is completed.
We cannot refund the transaction if your T-Mobile G1 displays a message such as "Too Many Tries" or "Too Many Attempts". You will be required to provide a detailed account of the exact procedure you followed to enter your code and the error message displayed on the phone before a refund can be issued for failed unlock.
You must inform us if your code does not unlock your phone within 24 hours of receipt of the instructions from us. We are unable to provide refunds if the customer does not contact us within this time period.
Once payment is received, we cannot cancel order as order is immediately and automatically submit to main servers for processing.

CHANGING IMEI NUMBERS
Mobile Unlocking Code does not offer change to IMEI numbers, it is illegal
